1. Introduction and Legally Binding Agreement

By accessing our platform, registering an account, purchasing guest posts, or linking your Google Search Console account to list your websites, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual, an agency, or a corporate entity) and OutreachDeskPro LLC. It is imperative that you read these Terms carefully before utilizing our services. If you do not agree with any of these terms, conditions, or the practices described herein, you are strictly prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials, proprietary algorithms (including the Site Power Score), and functional interfaces contained in this website are protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. Comprehensive Description of the OutreachDeskPro Service

OutreachDeskPro operates as an advanced online marketplace and escrow service designed specifically to facilitate the buying and selling of guest posts, sponsored content, and niche edits. Our core differentiator in the crowded digital marketing landscape is the strict verification of website traffic and health metrics via direct, API-level integration with Google Search Console (GSC).

We provide a platform engineered for two distinct user types:

  • For Publishers (Webmasters & Bloggers): The platform provides a secure environment to list verified websites, set autonomous pricing, define strict editorial guidelines, and accept guest post requests from high-end buyers without the risk of non-payment.
  • For Buyers (SEO Agencies & Brands): The platform provides a directory of exclusively verified websites, allowing buyers to analyze real, unmanipulated traffic data (clicks, impressions, top keywords) and securely purchase guest post placements using our proprietary escrow protection system.

It is critical to understand that OutreachDeskPro acts solely as a secure intermediary and data verification provider. We do not own, operate, or control the websites listed on the platform. We do not act as the publisher, nor do we assume liability for the specific content written and published, unless explicitly stated as an additional managed service provided directly by our staff.

3. User Account Registration, Verification, and Security

3.1 Strict Account Eligibility Criteria

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this platform. By creating an account and checking the acceptance box during registration, you warrant that you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation. If you are registering on behalf of a business, digital marketing agency, or corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have the explicit authority to bind that entity to these Terms. OutreachDeskPro reserves the right to request documentation verifying your identity or corporate authority at any time, and failure to provide such documentation may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 Account Security and Shared Liability

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials. This includes your password, any Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) tokens, and the security of the Google OAuth connection associated with your account. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities, financial transactions, and communications that occur under your account. You must notify our security team immediately at security@outreachdeskpro.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. OutreachDeskPro will not be held liable for any financial loss, data breach, or reputational damage arising from your failure to adequately safeguard your account credentials.

4. Publisher Obligations, Guidelines, and Penalties

If you choose to act as a Publisher and list your websites on the platform to monetize your traffic, you agree to adhere to the following stringent guidelines. These rules are designed to maintain the absolute integrity of our marketplace and protect the investments of our buyers.

  • Absolute Verification of Ownership: You must have legitimate administrative or owner-level access to the Google Search Console properties you integrate. Attempting to falsify ownership, using hijacked GSC accounts, or exploiting vulnerabilities to list sites you do not own is grounds for immediate, permanent account termination and the forfeiture of all funds currently held in your wallet.
  • Prohibition of Artificial Metrics: You agree not to employ bots, click-farms, mechanical turks, or any artificial methods whatsoever to inflate the Google Search Console metrics of your listed websites. While GSC is notoriously difficult to manipulate, if our anomaly detection algorithms or manual review teams flag your site for manipulated, non-human traffic, your listing will be immediately suspended pending a thorough manual review.
  • Strict Fulfillment Timelines (Turnaround Time - TAT): When you list a site, you set a Turnaround Time (typically 2-5 business days). You are contractually obligated to complete accepted guest post orders within this specified TAT. Failure to consistently meet your TATs will result in automatic demotion of your listing in search results, a lowering of your Site Power Score, and potential removal from the marketplace.
  • The 12-Month Content Permanency Guarantee: Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing with the buyer prior to accepting the order, all purchased guest posts and their associated backlinks must remain live, fully indexable by search engines (DoFollow), and unaltered for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of publication. Removing links prematurely, adding NoFollow tags after the fact, or deleting the article entirely will result in an automatic escrow chargeback to the buyer and a permanent ban for the publisher.
  • Content Standards and Prohibited Material: You may not accept or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, promotes hate speech, constitutes harassment, or violates the intellectual property rights of third parties. You reserve the absolute right to reject any buyer's article that does not meet your editorial standards or violates your stated niche restrictions (e.g., Casino, Adult, CBD).

5. Buyer Obligations and Transactional Guidelines

Buyers leveraging the OutreachDeskPro marketplace to acquire backlinks must adhere strictly to the following rules to ensure a smooth, professional transaction process:

  • Content Quality and Relevance: If you are providing the article content to the Publisher, it must be unique, grammatically correct, well-written, and highly relevant to the Publisher's specific niche. Publishers have the right to reject spun content, heavily plagiarized articles, or purely promotional spam. Repeatedly submitting low-quality content may result in restrictions on your buying privileges.
  • Adherence to Link Restrictions: You must abide by the specific rules set by the Publisher on their listing page. This includes adhering to the maximum allowed backlinks per article and respecting restricted niches. Submitting links for restricted niches (e.g., trying to sneak a casino link onto a family blog) will result in automatic order cancellation and a potential warning on your account.
  • Mandatory Escrow Utilization: All payments must be processed exclusively through the OutreachDeskPro platform to benefit from our Escrow Protection. Attempting to bypass the platform by contacting publishers directly to arrange off-platform payments violates these Terms. Doing so immediately voids any buyer protection, refund guarantees, and may result in a permanent ban for both the buyer and the publisher involved.

6. The Proprietary Escrow System and Financial Processing

To eliminate the financial risk inherent in digital marketing transactions, OutreachDeskPro utilizes a robust Escrow payment system. When a buyer places an order, the total funds are deducted from their Wallet or Credit Card and held securely in a neutral Escrow account managed by our platform.

  • Condition-Based Release of Funds: Funds are only released from Escrow to the Publisher's available wallet balance after the Publisher provides the live URL of the published guest post, and the system (or the buyer manually) verifies that the link is live, properly tagged as DoFollow, and matches all agreed-upon requirements.
  • Dispute Mediation: If a dispute arises (e.g., the article is published but the link is incorrectly tagged as NoFollow, or the content was heavily altered), the funds remain frozen in Escrow while our dedicated Moderation Team investigates the issue. Both parties will be asked to provide evidence. The decision reached by the Moderation Team is final and legally binding.
  • Platform Fees and Deductions: OutreachDeskPro charges a platform service fee on transactions to cover operational infrastructure, API overhead, moderation staff, and payment gateway processing fees. This fee structure is clearly displayed to both buyers during the checkout process and to publishers on their dashboard. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days prior notice to active users.

7. Intellectual Property Rights and Content Ownership

The OutreachDeskPro platform itself, including its original source code, design elements, proprietary algorithms (such as the Site Power Score calculation), brand identity, logos, and functionality are exclusively owned by OutreachDeskPro LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Regarding the content of the guest posts: The intellectual property of the article remains with the author (the Buyer) until it is published on the Publisher's website. Upon publication, the ownership and copyright of the article may transfer to the Publisher, subject to the Publisher's own website terms and conditions. However, the Publisher may not remove, alter, or obfuscate the agreed-upon backlinks for the guaranteed 12-month period, regardless of copyright transfer.

8. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OutreachDeskPro LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • (i) Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;
  • (ii) Any conduct, content, or transaction of any third party (Buyer or Publisher) on the Service;
  • (iii) Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • (iv) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Crucial SEO Disclaimer: We absolutely do not guarantee improvements in your own website's search engine rankings (SEO), Domain Authority, or organic traffic as a result of purchasing guest posts through our platform. SEO involves hundreds of constantly changing algorithmic factors entirely outside of our control. Refunds will never be issued based on a lack of perceived SEO impact.

9. Account Termination and Suspension Policies

We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. This includes attempting to defraud users, manipulating metrics, bypassing the escrow system, or engaging in abusive behavior towards our support staff.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any funds currently held in Escrow for incomplete orders will be returned to the respective buyers. Any cleared, legitimately earned funds in a Publisher's wallet will be disbursed on the next standard payout cycle, minus any applicable chargebacks, fines, or fees related directly to the breach of terms that caused the termination.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OutreachDeskPro LLC is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located within that jurisdiction. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Modifications to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Notice will be provided via email to the address associated with your account and via a prominent banner on the platform dashboard. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
